Classes:
Individual instruction: 1 student
Group training: 2-6 students
Class training: 7-20 students
*To ensure optimal participation and performance of every student, we recommend a maximum of 20 students for each class training.

Schedule & Frequency:
Classes can be arranged on weekdays or weekends, details to be determined with customer.

Service Process:
1、Before Training Begins: We listen and learn about customer needs and requests, particularly in terms of training content and training goals. This is accomplished through effective communication with customers. CWEG then conducts an evaluation test on the prospective students of the customer. Based on above, a training proposal will be issued. Subsequently, a training agreement will be signed after mutual confirmation on detailed issues of the program.

2、Training Starts: Trainer in charge will provide professional training services for customer through well-organized schedules and grasp of actual class situation, combined with easy -to-understand instruction and interesting class excises. Meanwhile, CWEG continually evaluates each student’s level-up by tracking their performance. We also implement a mid-term evaluation reporting system, whose results are provided to HR Departments and other relevant departments. This allows our customers to have a strong command of the progress of students, while still in process.

3、Completion of Training: Final examination is available to evaluate the effect of training program for students. Final training report will be handed over to customer’s HR dept. or others. Students passing exams will be appointed with according certificates.
